We are thrilled to share one of the most exciting moments of the season—the arrival of our new Relais & Châteaux champagne partner, Billecart-Salmon, one of the world’s most historic and beloved Champagne houses. To celebrate, we’re hosting a truly unforgettable evening on The Fearrington House’s Garden Terrace.

On this special night, Chef Paul Gagne will debut a bespoke multi-course menu, with each dish—yes, every course—featuring caviar thoughtfully paired to complement a lineup of exquisite Billecart-Salmon Champagnes. It promises to be an elegant, indulgent, and celebratory experience perfect for gathering friends as we enter this festive time of year.
