Treading the line between art and design, our scarves have a highly distinctive, contemporary look and feel. Each and every English Weather scarf begins life as an acrylic on canvas or mixed media painting, created by designer and colourist, Gohar Goddard. Gohar’s work can often be seen at the Coastal Gallery in Lymington and at the Highgate Contemporary Art Gallery in North London. Her paintings hold their roots in the influence of urban landscapes and the world of the St Ives school - Patrick Heron, Roger Hilton, Klee and Matisse, amongst others.
