A bright, citrus driven Sauvignon Blanc, this wine is lively, crisp, and zippy. With subtle grassy and floral tones, Sancerre is a classic for a reason and will pair beautifully with light vegetable and fish dishes.
This estate was originally established in 1927 and is now run by the current generation, two brothers François and Jean-Marie Cherrier. Since 1994 they have been practicing organic and biodynamic viticulture techniques.
For this label they blend wine from three sites, each with a different typical Sancerre characteristic to make a harmonious and balanced wine. Aging takes place in stainless for four to ten months on fine lees.
