GIROLAMO RUSSO ETNA ROSATO 2024

Girolamo Russo’s Etna Rosato is a wine of great freshness, offering the limpid fragrance of ripe fruit and the iodine and marine scents of Sicily. The cool climate of the volcano is perfect for making great rosés, elegant, refined and pleasantly citrusy. High-quality grapes and carefully executed processing make for a very interesting label that ranks among the best of the area’s excellences. Its aromatic delicacy makes it perfect to enjoy with seafood hors d’oeuvres, shellfish, seafood first courses or even with a pizza margherita. To the eye it has a beautiful, luminous light pink colour. The nose expresses delicate aromas of small red berries, raspberry, redcurrant, cherry, hints of citrus and floral nuances. Fragrant and juicy, it offers a rich, ripe fruit palate, well balanced by a lively mineral freshness.
