The 2023 Wehlener Sonnenuhr Kabinett is deep, pure, fresh and slate driven on the precise nose. Mouth-filling, richly layered but dancing on the palate, this is round and juicy style of Riesling. Very mineral, stimulating, savory and saline expression with fine, stimulating grip and an aromatic, well-structured and off-dry finish (slightly sweet). Low ABV at 8.5%.
