Coleen uses a nutty aged French Gruyere that is shredded fresh. Then it's paired with roasted garlic to soften that pungent bite. Then, a blend of rosemary, black pepper and sage for more flavor. Reminds me of our trip to France, sitting in an outdoor bistro having a cheese plate. These would have been the perfect accompaniment.
