Our Sherry Vinegar is produced from Spanish Palomino grapes that are first pressed into fortified wine and then aged to perfection in a series of white oak casks. This aged sherry vinegar imparts a complex, rounded acidity to everything from salads to proteins. Sharp and bright with a slight hint of fruit, our aged sherry vinegar is great in dressings and pan sauces or sprinkled on top of a piece of flaky fish.
