This non-vintage Champagne is golden yellow with a bright copper tinge. Restrained bouquet of ripe yellow pear, apricot hints of fragrant yeast, pastry, and grapefruit. Full, creamy mouthfeel with balanced acidity and delicate fruit expression, tasty juicy finish. Versatile, pleasurable. 40% Pinot Noir, 40% Pinot Meunier, and 20% Chardonnay, blended with 40% reserve wines, aged for 3-4 years on the lees.
