JAUME PRATS 'JAUMET' ORANGE STYLE 2019

A field blend of Manto Negro, Fogoneu, Callet, Malvasia, Prensal and Moscato. Grapes are hand-harvested and fermented with wild yeasts, in whole bunches for 10 days. Bottled unfined, unfiltered with no SO2. Cloudy orange color. Aromas of oranges and sea water. Flavors of citrus and minerals up front, dill pickle in the sour finish.
