Burgess “Contadina” Cabernet
CALIFORNIA CABERNET
Burgess “Contadina” Cabernet - A structured and elegant Cabernet Sauvignon with aromas and flavors of blackberry and ripe black currants. The lush fruit is brought into balance by high tone herbal aromatics of mint, sage, and sweet tobacco. The distinctively thick-skinned Cabernet grapes provide a long, velvety finish.

Graham Beck Brut
SOUTH AFRICAN SPARKLING
Crafted in the Méthode Cap Classique (South Africa’s version of the Champagne method), Graham Beck Brut is a beautifully balanced sparkler made from 60% Chardonnay and 40% Pinot Noir. It offers light yeasty aromas, notes of lime and crisp orchard fruit, and finishes with a rich, creamy complexity that keeps you coming back for more. This Brut is known for its palate-cleansing freshness, making it a surprisingly perfect match for tomato-based dishes..

Barboursville 'Reserve' Cabernet Franc

Special note from Troy: "As much as any producer, Barboursville has played a pivotal role in putting Virginia on the map as a wine region. Their wines beautifully balance New World and Old World styles, and the Cabernet Franc is a perfect example of that. Fresh notes of blackberry, dried herbs, and cranberry shine upfront, while layers of earth, compote, and a hint of licorice add depth and intrigue. With a medium-bodied, versatile structure, this wine is as refined as it is approachable."
Ovum PNK SALT Rosé
OREGON ROSÉ
From the high-elevation slopes of Oregon’s Columbia Gorge AVA comes Ovum PNK SALT, a dry rosé that delivers serious “day at the beach” energy. Crafted with certified organic Cabernet Sauvignon and wild-fermented using native yeasts, this small-production wine is refreshingly light yet packed with character. Expect notes of cherry jam, green fig, and salted lemon on the nose, followed by a crisp, mineral-driven finish that lives up to its name. At just 12.5% ABV, it’s the perfect all-day rosé—with just the right amount of attitude.

Peter Michael ‘La Carrière’ Chardonnay

Special note from Troy: “An absolute icon of an American winery, the Peter Michael estate sets a bar that few have reached. Founded in 1982 by the English engineer/entrepreneur, Sir Peter Michael became enamored with the quiet yet dramatic property and dedicated both his life and his future family’s commitment to the land. We are lucky to have the 2016 vintage of their La Carrière Chardonnay still available to share. Accents of orange blossom, acacia, honey and vanilla complete the elegant bouquet. Citrus oil, white peach and lemon highlight the minerality. Magnificent concentration and elegance on the palate sculpt the structure of this wine, offering intensity and richness."

FRENCH RED
A true standout among Provençal rosés—a rare, age-worthy wine led by the Tibouren grape, grown organically on estate vineyards near the Mediterranean. Revered by French wine collectors, this iconic cuvée offers depth, texture, and elegance, aging beautifully for over a decade. A blend of 90% Tibouren and 10% Grenache, it’s aged for a year in century-old foudres sous-voile, developing complexity and character.

We’re thrilled to announce that The Wine Centric Show—a series known for its thoughtful conversations with the most respected names in wine—is now filming in Fearrington’s wine cellar. Hosted by certified sommelier and wine industry thought leader Matthew Weiss, the show has featured legends like Eric Asimov (chief wine critic for The New York Times), renowned winemaker Paul Hobbs, Jeremy Seysses of Domaine Dujac, and many more. Now, it’s bringing that same depth and discovery to our historic Relais & Châteaux property. With 40+ years of wine history and a legendary cellar, Fearrington is proud to serve as the new home for conversations that shape the future of wine. New episodes are released every other Tuesday at 6pm.
