Pommery is one of the oldest Champagne houses, established in 1858, and was the first to introduce the Brut style of Champagne to the world in 1874. Located in Reims, its cellars sit on 50 hectares consisting of Elizabethan neo-Gothic architecture, Tudor-style tasting rooms, and some of the most impressive Gallo-Roman chalk caves that store their different cuvees, including past vintages of their tête de cuvée, Cuvée Louise.

This certificate provides one bottle of Champagne Pommery served table-side at The Fearrington House Restaurant and included tax and gratuity.
