Wine Dinner with Peter Thompson of Andrew Geoffrey Vineyards
Join us Thursday, October 6th at 7pm as Andrew Geoffrey Vineyards owner Peter Thompson guides us through the beauty and elegance of his wines.
Andrew Geoffrey focuses on classically styled, terroir-driven red wines from Napa Valley's Diamond Mountain. Their 13-acres of vineyards are situated high on the Mayacamas mountain range, feature volcanic soils and cool micro-climate, which produce very long-lived wines.
After a reception featuring Elemart Robion “VB03” Champagne, diners will delight in Chef Paul Gagne specially meal featuring a vertical tasting of multiple vintages spanning into the 2000’s.
First Course Cheese Custard with Apple Butter Toasted Hazelnuts, Celery, Champagne
Second Course — Paired with Andrew Geoffrey Cabernet Sauvignon 2006 Pheasant Wellington and Wild Mushrooms Celery Root, Beech Mushroom, Cippolini
Main Course — Paired with Andrew Geoffrey Cabernet Sauvignon 2011 & Andrew Geoffrey Cabernet Sauvignon 2015 Braised Lamb with Delicata Squash Brussels Sprouts, Brown Butter, Butternut
Dessert — Paired with Andrew Geoffrey Cabernet Sauvignon 2013 Flourless Chocolate Tart with Date and Pine Nuts
