Winter Series Wine Class: Cabernet Sauvignon

Fearrington Wine Director Troy Revell has a three part series with the challenge of presenting as many different styles as possible using a single grape. The January class kicks off the series with Cabernet Sauvignon.

You are no doubt familiar with Napa and Bordeaux, so we will compare examples from those classic regions with 4 other Cabernet selections from around the world. Cabernet's deep flavors and full body are perfect for winter time and hearty dishes.

A few small bites from Chef Gagne are included and wines tasted will be available for purchase at the end of the event. The class will take place on the Terrace behind The Fearrington House Restaurant. We look forward to welcoming you on Thursday, January 16th at 6pm!
