I don’t get much time off, but Sundays are sacred for me—they’re my time to reset! My perfect Sunday starts with something simple: a little lie-in. I wear an Oura Ring and love to challenge myself to hit a sleep score of 95 or higher. If I can do that, I already feel like I’ve won the day.

If there’s a Formula 1 race on, you can bet I’m watching! I’ve been a huge fan for years, and Sundays with an F1 race on the screen are fun—a mix of relaxation and excitement.

From there, it’s all about self-care. I’ll spend 20 to 40 minutes under my full-body red light, followed by a deep cleansing skincare routine. Lately I’ve been adding in some microneedling or testing out a once-a-week peel shot I’ve been trying for the Spa. I always finish with my go-to products from U Beauty—nourishing and simple, exactly what my skin needs.

Another little-known fact about me? I love orchids. Every Sunday I carve out time to tend to them, in my never-ending quest to coax them into reblooming. I feel like I’m getting close, and the ritual itself is as satisfying as the results.

Of course, no Sunday is complete without time with my two fur babies, Frankie and Charlie. Between skincare, orchids, watching races, and cuddles, Sundays are my chance to breathe, slow down, and focus on the little rituals that make me feel grounded.

And that’s really what Fearrington is about, too—creating spaces for those everyday rituals of care and renewal. Whether it’s a quiet breakfast at the Inn, a stroll through the gardens, an afternoon spa treatment, or simply sitting outside with a fun cocktail or glass of wine, there are so many ways to reset here. For me, Sundays are about finding that balance, and I love that Fearrington gives our guests the chance to discover their own version of it.
