A classically structured Monforte, it offers up bright red-toned fruit – ripe raspberries, framboise – white flowers, and wild fresh herbs. Zesty and fresh, it has great ripe fruit and a chalky texture with a more linear feel and a clean finish. The elegance and transparency of the fruit profile is dominated by some serious tannin of very high quality so typical of Monforte.
